INDEPENDENCE DAY – 15th AUGUST
Independence Day is observed by hoisting the tricolour and singing the national anthem and other patriotic songs. The trainees as well as the teachers offer homage to the martyrs and pledge to serve the motherland through their activities.
TEACHERS` DAY – 5th SEPTEMBER
Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan is respectfully remembered and Teachers` Day is observed in order to make ourselves aware of our responsibilities and fresh oath is taken to serve the nation through this noble profession.
EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH PROGRAMME
‘To see is to believe’. History becomes living and geography begins to breathe when we visit places. This year our visit to Digha extended and widened our knowledge and broadened our outlook, relaxing our stress and strain after a prolonged study session.
SARASWATI PUJA
The Goddess of learning is worshipped with zeal and jubilation by the trainees and some festive programmes are also arranged. Distribution of Prasad among the trainees becomes a joyful part.
